Our Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, Fedex, Amazon Logistics, EUB, DHL, DPD, Royal mail, Hermes, Swiship, J&T, Russian post and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through our website, your confirmation or shipment emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date. 

International shipping

We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

Oimmal Processing Time

*Orders must be placed by 12pm CST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday.

Multiple shipping addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses within the United States, please contact us via info@oimmal.com Customer Service. For international orders, please also contact us via info@oimmal.com.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on oimmal.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information.

Duties and taxes

We can refund part of the costs incurred during customs clearance for international shipments. (Customs clearance payment receipt is required)

Tips:
1. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

  1. Oimmalshall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier.
  2. Oimmalis responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
  3. Transit times are estimates and do not include processing time.
  4. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  5. Some items sold by oimmalrequire special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At oimmal, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
  6. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
  7. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
